Across the sea under black sail to the shores of the sun, to the hall of the arrow and redemption
Eyes wide in the sunlight, jaws locked in the din. White hide on the outside, hearts hardened within
On the shores of the sun
My foe stands before me, now he lies in the sand. My banner and glory, to another man
Eyes wide in the sunlight, jaws locked in the din. White hide on the outside, hearts hardened within
On the shores of the sun
Land on the horizon, the walking dead, blood sweat, a glorious death and two coins for the boatman
Two coins for the boatman x2
Fists clenched as I carry on into the abysmal dawn. Sword met by a swords reply, on steel and strength rely.
White-hot rays that blind and sear, no mercy or compassion here. It’s all lies as I close my eyes and I feel no fear
Land on the horizon, the walking dead, blood sweat, a glorious death and two coins for the boatman
Two coins for the boatman x2

Classic old school rock straight out of the seventies. Fantastic vocals, wicked solos i have no idea why it has taken me so long to warm up to this record. Once again a pleasure to support fellow Canadians. lloydd

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
